An authorized coach, league administrator, club director, team manager or board representative submits the organization’s interest/application form.
SHARE WITH YOUR COMMUNITY
When activated, adult organizers share the program through approved referral links or QR codes with parents, grandparents, alumni, friends and community supporters. Players are not required to sell, solicit or collect payments.
EARN FOR YOUR TEAM
Your organization receives 50% of Net Eligible First-Year Subscription Revenue from qualifying paid subscriptions attributed to its program.

Is there a cost to start?
Participation is intended to be free for qualifying organizations, subject to final program eligibility and approval.
Can an individual team participate?
The program is intended to support qualifying teams, clubs and leagues with authorized adult leadership.
Do players need to sell anything?
No. The program is administered and shared by authorized adults. Children are not required to sell subscriptions or collect money.
Do supporters have to donate?
No. Supporters can choose to purchase an Aha! subscription. This is a product purchase, not a charitable donation.
What happens if someone chooses the free Aha! plan?
Free accounts do not generate subscription fundraising revenue.
How does the 50% revenue share work?
The organization receives 50% of Net Eligible First-Year Subscription Revenue from qualifying attributed paid subscriptions, after applicable fees, taxes, refunds and transaction-related deductions.
How long does our organization earn from a referred subscriber?
The revenue-share period covers the subscriber's first 12 paid months, subject to final program terms.
Can relatives outside our city participate?
The program is intended to support sharing with extended family and other interested supporters, subject to program terms.
How are earnings tracked?
The program is intended to use organization-specific referral attribution when activated. Final tracking details will be provided during onboarding.
When are organizations paid?
Payment timing and procedures will be defined in the final program terms.
